# Shift Netball Academy

> Shift Netball Academy is an extramural netball programme for children aged 3-13, run at schools in South Africa under the motto "#shuffletosuccess." Weekly 30-minute lessons (February-November) build ball skills, footwork, coordination, and discipline through a holistic, fun-filled approach.

Shift Netball runs a demonstration lesson at the school, then parents enrol online. Coaches deliver weekly lessons during term, with quarterly gifts handed out each term. The programme also runs Netball Days and sells branded kit online.
